The new Lite Trainer is deceiving at first glance with the normal appeal of a sneaker and the technology of a cycling shoe. With an EVA and ultralight rubber outsole perfect for gym floors and a recessed cleat, you can actually walk in this cycling shoe. Laces offer a snug fit. The Heel Retention System helps maintain the foot's position during the stroke. Ventilation is offered through both a mesh upper and ventilated insoles.
